Owner-Assisted Deliveries
An owner-assisted delivery is a great way to get to know your newly purchased vessel and sail with confidence in unfamiliar waters. We highly encourage new vessel owners to participate in at least one leg of the passage. With one of our captains by your side, you receive personal guidance
from the initial launch at the factory to the installation of aftermarket hardware, all while swiftly familiarizing yourself with your vessel's systems, without being responsible for the passage ahead.
Participating in your vessel's first delivery offers invaluable hands-on experience in a secure environment. It's an ideal chance to get some miles under your keel and acquire essential skills and knowledge that will empower you to navigate as a capable owner-operator aboard your vessel.

Launching a new vessel is both exciting and overwhelming, with last-minute changes, extensive preparations, and aftermarket installations. As technology advances rapidly, new systems are introduced each year, adding complexity to modern vessels. Many owners now prioritize maximum onboard comfort, making it challenging to fully understand the vessel's systems during a brief handover from the manufacturer.
Our skilled captains have extensive experience in this field. They will guide you through purchasing and installing new gear and safety equipment, ensure your vessel is up to standard with flag requirements, help guide you on your vessel systems after the manufacturer's final handover, and provide practical training for both sail and power.

Pre Delivery
Upon arrival, we dedicate a minimum of one day to thoroughly inspect and test all systems, safety equipment, and fittings to ensure safe operation before setting sail. Our meticulous process involves using a comprehensive checklist that covers every detail from masthead to keel, so no formal handover is needed. Once our preparations for the delivery are complete, you will receive a detailed report outlining any identified issues.

Our experienced captains are adept at resolving the most common issues before departure. To ensure a smooth delivery and avoid any delays to the planned schedule, we kindly request an advance notice of any known issues, we also need to know if you haven't been on board for some time. This allows us to make the necessary preparations before arrival.
During Delivery
We understand your need for a service that prioritizes both efficiency and safety above all else. Our captains strategically plan brief stops only when necessary, for essential rest periods for watchkeeping, formalities, refuelling, provisioning, or navigating around severe weather conditions.

Throughout the delivery, we utilize the handheld YB3 Iridium satellite tracker and provide you with your vessel location at no additional cost. This allows you to effortlessly track your vessel's whereabouts and progress from anywhere, anytime, completely free of charge.
Additionally, our captains remain available via messages through the tracker, ensuring constant accessibility and peace of mind.

Delivery Completion
Once your vessel is securely moored at the destination, you'll receive a comprehensive report detailing its condition and the status of its systems, ensuring you have a clear understanding of its state upon arrival. Additionally, we provide you with all of our delivery documents, including the pre-departure checklist, logbooks, completion report and a detailed expense report complete with receipts and an itemized breakdown of all expenses. Presented in a clear and easily understandable format, this report provides you with a transparent overview of all delivery-related costs, offering full visibility into where your investment is allocated.
Furthermore, our crew conducts a thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior, ensuring your vessel sparkles inside and out.
